PATHS (PRODUCTIVE AGENT TECHNIQUES, HABITS & SKILLS)
Four-week agent productivity course. PATHS combines instructor-led sessions with manager weekly coaching and accountability sessions. Instructor-led sessions meet once a week for 6 hours. PATHS combines business development strategies and skill practices with accountability to help sales professionals interact successfully with home buying and selling prospects.
The goal of the course for participating agents is to obtain at least one unit of production within 14 days of completion of the course in one of the following categories:
• Listing taken
• Listing sold
• Buyer-controlled sale
BRIAN BUFFINI: PEAK PRODUCERS
A step-by-step action plan to overcome peaks and valleys in your income and produce at a consistently high level. Whether you’re a 16-year veteran or a brand-new agent, this 12-week training program gives you the strategies to build a rock-solid real estate business.
BRIAN BUFFINI: PATHWAY TO MASTERY
The real estate industry’s most innovative training program, The Essentials course is offered through Dan Bryant, a Buffini Certified Mentor and Facilitator, in a classroom setting. This 9-week course includes activity-based video modules delivered in an interactive class environment, class assignments and promotional materials.
Designed specifically for veteran agents, the innovative, activity-based
lessons will increase your sales production and take you and your business to the next level on your pathway to mastery.
60 DAY SUCCESS PLAN
The 60 Day Success Plan is an 8-week prospecting-based system that is delivered in weekly sessions. This is a great follow-on course to PATHS, but any agent that wants to recharge and refocus their business will benefit. The program begins with a simple goal-setting process to determine the number of people you will need to contact to reach your goals. The 60 Day Success Plan focuses on four specific prospecting activities to help you build a contact database of friends, relatives, neighbors and new prospects, with the goal of obtaining two units of business within 90 days.
New and experienced agents, alike, can use someone to bounce questions off or discover high producing agents’ best practices. C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS offers mentorship and coaching for these agents via our experienced Brokers-in-Charge who are available and happy to help an agent take their business to the next level.
